Anyway, I love this track. I've been working on EDM for months now. (TRYING to get as professional os you or Rave4Yourself) Do you have any tips? (Trying to squeeze tips out of professional artists is the best way [besides ACTUALLY practicing] to improve. ^^)

learn how to use the EQ! it's the most important tool for making music!!!

samples, yes samples!!! get a great sample CD like VEC!! if you want a perfect kick or a great snare, then you can't past it.

i improved myself by practicing the whole time. ^_^

What's your secret?

Very nice piece, I must say. The melodies sounded VERY professional. The kick was a little distorted, kind of like gabber. I like that. You used all of the right insturments, right tempo, everything was perfect.

The Secret is alot of work, cus if you listened to any of my earlier songs you would notice that I used to be an utter noob, and finding the right shortcuts (aslong as the result gets the same:D)

This is a great piece. I liked everything excapt the clap. Sorry, but it sounds like it would be more into techno than trance.

I use FL Studio, also. What lead synthesizer did you use?

This is very very good. You really should've made this at LEAST 3 minutes long, with a decent ending. This ended so fast & badly. I thought more was coming! You should've made it fade out, atleast.

By the way, to respond to your author responce to DjLi, it really doesn't sound like you're a beginner! Your melodies & everything sound so professional!

Okay

Before I listen to this, I can tell you that I am one of the few that actually know this song. :)

Now, the intro was pretty well done. Once the lead synth came in (I don't mean the first one), you should've added hihats, pads & a backup synth (besides the one you already have) & maybe a sencond bassline. To introduce those, you should add a reversed crash.

You also need diversity, and more length. Please make a seconds version using a pad, backup synth, hihats & (only if you want to) a second bassline. Make it longer, too.

This is a very nice piece. The lead synth is perfect & in the right pitch, the bass is perfect & in the right pitch, everything's perfect, except you should've made a full lengthed song out of this. You also need more diversity. a LOT more diversity. Other than that, I loved it!

I can see you use FL Studio! Great work, you need to give me some tips on making professional melodies like yours. This is very very well done. Sure, I've heard better, but this is still a very good piece, no matter what anyone else says.
